1. Commitment

US Beauty Award (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing an accessible website and digital services for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to meet recognized accessibility standards and to remove barriers to access where reasonably practicable.

2. Standards and Scope

This Accessibility Statement is informed by recognized guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably achievable. This Statement applies to our primary website, associated web applications, and digital content provided directly by US Beauty Award.

3. Measures Undertaken
  1. To promote accessibility, we have implemented and continue to maintain measures that include, but are not limited to:

  • Structured, semantic HTML and consistent use of headings and landmarks to support assistive technologies;

  • Alternative text for meaningful images and informative graphics;

  • Color contrast and typography practices to support legibility;

  • Keyboard operability for core interactive elements and navigational controls;

  • Labeled form fields, clear instructions, and accessible error notifications;

  • Provision of captions or text transcripts for essential audio‑visual content where practicable;

  • Regular automated testing and periodic manual testing, including user testing where feasible.

  1. Known Limitations and Remediation Program
    Despite our efforts, some content, documents, or third‑party integrations on the Site may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We operate a remediation program to prioritize and correct accessibility issues based on severity and user impact. Reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request.

  2. Third‑Party Content and Links
    The Site may include third‑party content, widgets or links to external websites that are not under our direct control. US Beauty Award is not responsible for the accessibility practices of third parties; users should consult the privacy and accessibility policies of those third‑party services.

  3. Compatibility with Assistive Technologies
    We design the Site to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, such as screen readers, text‑to‑speech software, and keyboard navigation. Compatibility may vary by browser, device, and assistive technology version.

  4. Feedback, Accessibility Assistance and Request Procedure
    We welcome feedback on accessibility and will make reasonable efforts to provide information or alternative formats upon request. To report an accessibility issue, request an alternative format, or seek assistance, please provide: the page URL, a description of the issue, the browser and device used, and your preferred contact method.
