We do not merely evaluate based on numbers; we perceive through experience:

  • Anonymous Reviewers: Our experts act as actual clients (either directly at the salon or via video consultations) to thoroughly verify the entire process, from booking and service experience to post-service care.

  • Multidimensional Evaluation: Every aspect, from ambiance and service attitude to technical proficiency, is objectively recorded, ensuring service quality aligns with our "Quiet Luxury" standards.

AUTOMATED DATA INTEGRITY

"Data does not lie."

We utilize advanced technology to collect and archive your salon's operational evidence:

  • Archive Snapshots: Our system automatically gathers public metrics from Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Data is stored as "Snapshots" to ensure transparency and immutability post-verification.

  • Performance Reports: Participating salons will provide their booking schedule data for the most recent 3–6 months (including the number of appointments and fill rates). This acts as the golden proof of your operational capacity and the trust clients place in your brand.

FRAUD PROTECTION SYSTEM

To protect the integrity of the award and honest salon owners, we have established a strict filtering mechanism:

  • User-Generated Content (UGC) Verification: All community reviews and interactions are vetted through geotags, origin, and timestamps to ensure they represent genuine experiences, completely eliminating "fake" interactions.

  • ​Anomaly Detection Algorithm: Our system analyzes growth spikes and engagement rates relative to follower counts. We proactively identify and eliminate cases of purchased likes or fake reviews, maintaining a fair and healthy competitive environment.
